The townhouse is a quick, two-minute, well-lit, low-traffic walk from Villa d’Abruzzo in a little neighbourhood of Torre de’Passeri. The townhouse has two bedrooms up two flights of stairs. Both rooms have European Queen-sized beds, which are bigger than North American doubles, but a bit smaller than North American Queen-sized beds, or the rooms can have two singles if you prefer. There is a shared full bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) between the two bedrooms. Up one flight of stairs is a nice sitting room, kitchenette, and a half bathroom (toilet and sink). The townhouse easily accommodates four people, but if only two people book it, they get it themselves. We don’t put strangers together in the townhouse. It’s a great place for those who want all the Villa amenities, but a little privacy at the same time. Basically, you sleep and shower there. All other activities - pool, meals, tour starts, socials, wine tastings etc. are in the villa with the other guests.
